1. How did you find out about CVSC?
My friend Ashton Young brought me to a Saturday class.
2. What is your favorite exercise or workout?
I really like power cleans, I feel like it involves the entire body and when you real nail a good one it feels awesome. I have always struggled with the bench press but I have made a lot of progress lately so I have been enjoying that just as much.
3. How long have you been a member at CVSC?
I think it was 2018 when I came to my first class and haven't looked back.
4. What do you do for a living?
I am a product manager at Cytiva.
5. What are your hobbies?
If I am not at activities for my kids I am usually doing something with motorcycles, old cars, or attending a indycar race.
6. What are your goals?
Honestly my biggest goal is just to be the best person I can be, you never know what other people are going through and I try to keep that in mind throughout my day.
7. Why do you train?
I train so I can feel the best I can, I really like feeling athletic and when I go in the morning it just starts my day off in the best way. I have also found I really like competing in Spartan races and coming to the gym and pushing myself keeps me ready for those.
8. Any advice for future members?
Listen to your body and start small and just build everyday. Find a way to make it fun as well and part of your routine.
