Cycling, mtn biking, yoga, anything outdoors, traveling

Be as fit as my kids! Set a good example to them!
7. Why do you train?
LONGEVITY and mental health! I love it!
8. Any advice for future members?
Just do it! It’s a culture of inclusion and there is a place for everyone at all levels of fitness.
