1. How did you find out about CVSC?
Fellow gym member Courtney Hofland convinced me to try out the gym and I cannot thank her enough. The gym has been life changing for me.
2. What is your favorite exercise or workout?
It is hard to pick a favorite exercise – I would say Devils Press (it is a love-hate relationship) because it takes mental and physical strength to get through them.
3. How long have you been a member at CVSC?
A little over 3 years
4. What do you do for a living?
I am a machinist as well as an instructor at BTech
5. What are your hobbies?
Various forms of motorsports and just about anything that allows me to be outside and active.
6. What are your goals?
Crossfit related goals would be to continue to learn and improve each movement. Other goals would include doing more long-distance hikes and mountain biking.
7. Why do you train?
I train for my physical and mental health. No matter what life throws at you, getting your butt kicked by a workout while you are surrounded by your friends. Just makes the day better.
8. Any advice for future members?
100% I would say consistency – It is easy to convince yourself that you could skip today and go tomorrow. However if you make the gym a priority it will reward you in many ways.
